What We Offer

Full-Stack Import Services

Every license, every lane, every mode. Built for U.S. importers who want one partner that handles it all.

SERVICE 01

NVOCC Ocean Freight

We operate as a fully licensed Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier under FMC OTI License #035388. We issue our own House Bill of Lading โ€” not a co-load, not a booking agent relationship. Our published tariff is available on AP Tariffs.

What makes us different: Most freight forwarders operate under another NVOCC's license. We hold ours. That means you get a direct contractual relationship, better accountability, and a House B/L that carries full legal weight under OSRA 2022.

โœ“

FCL โ€” Full Container Load

20' and 40' dry, 40' high cube, 45' on select lanes. Direct from China, India, Europe, and Latin America to all U.S. coasts.

โœ“

LCL โ€” Less than Container Load

Consolidated cargo service for smaller shipments. Weekly sailings on major China-US and India-US lanes.

โœ“

Flat Rack & Open Top

Non-standard cargo requiring specialized equipment. We coordinate stowage planning and carrier approval.

โœ“

Out of Gauge (OOG)

Cargo exceeding standard ISO container dimensions. Includes oversize permits, inland routing, and port coordination.

โœ“

Reefer / Temperature Controlled

Refrigerated container service for food, pharma, and specialty cargo. Setpoint monitoring and genset coordination.

โœ“

ISF 10+2 Filing

Importer Security Filing submitted at least 24 hours prior to vessel departure. Included with every ocean shipment.

SERVICE 02

CBP Customs Brokerage

Our Director of Regulatory Compliance holds an active CBP Customs Broker license. Every entry we file is reviewed by a licensed professional โ€” not outsourced to a third-party broker.

Former CBP Agent on staff: Our principal is a former U.S. CBP Patrol Agent. We file entries the way CBP reviews them โ€” which means fewer holds, fewer exams, and fewer penalties.

โœ“

Formal Entry (Type 01)

For shipments valued over $2,500. Full HTS classification, valuation, and entry summary filed on CBP Form 7501.

โœ“

Informal Entry (Type 11)

Streamlined entry for lower-value commercial shipments. Same-day release in most ports.

โœ“

HTS Classification

Accurate Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification with Section 301, IEEPA, and ADD/CVD overlay review on every line item.

โœ“

Anti-Dumping & Countervailing Duty (ADD/CVD)

Mandatory order screening before every entry. We identify exposure before CBP does.

โœ“

FDA Prior Notice

Required for all food, beverage, dietary supplement, and drug shipments. Filed electronically through PREDICT.

โœ“

Bonds & Liquidation Monitoring

Continuous entry bond management, liquidation tracking, and protest deadline monitoring.

SERVICE 03

Tariff Optimization

We restructure how your entered value is calculated using CBP's own regulations. Most importers overpay โ€” we find it, prove it, and fix it.

Gainshare model: We charge $1,000/container + 25% of savings recovered. You keep 75%. No savings, no fee beyond setup. Average client recovers 15โ€“35% of total duty spend.

โœ“

ยง1401a Transaction Value Restructuring

Identify and exclude non-dutiable costs embedded in your invoice price: buying commissions, origin freight, U.S. design/IP fees, and financing costs.

โœ“

First Sale Rule (Factory Price Declaration)

If there's a manufacturer, intermediary, and U.S. importer in your supply chain, you may be able to declare the factory-to-intermediary price โ€” typically 15โ€“25% lower than what you're paying now.

โœ“

CIF/DAP Price Strip

Freight and insurance charges embedded in CIF or DAP pricing are non-dutiable under U.S. law. We strip them out before declaring value.

โœ“

7501 Portfolio Audit

We review your last 6 months of entry summaries, identify systemic overpayments, and calculate total recoverable duty.

โœ“

Protest Filing & Recovery

For entries already liquidated with overpayments, we file CBP protests under 19 U.S.C. ยง 1514 to recover excess duties paid.

Per Container

$1,000

Base fee per container enrolled in the optimization program.

Gainshare

25%

Of documented duty savings. You keep 75% of every dollar recovered.

SERVICE 05

Import Compliance

We specialize in recovering from broker errors, CBP penalties, and systemic compliance failures. Our Import Compliance Restructuring Program has recovered millions in overpaid duties for clients.

Broker error recovery: If your current or previous broker filed entries incorrectly โ€” wrong HTS, wrong valuation method, improper ADD/CVD handling โ€” those errors may be protestable. We find them and recover the overpayments.

โœ“

Entry Portfolio Audit

Full review of your entry history identifying misclassification, valuation errors, and ADD/CVD exposure across all HTS codes.

โœ“
